S aplikáciou Horská záchranná služba si v prípade núdze privoláš pomoc jedným tlačidlom, zdieľaš svoju polohu so záchranármi a máš prehľad o počasí, výstrahách a teréne.
Privolanie pomoci
Pomoc si privoláš jedným tlačidlom. Stlačením tlačidla odošleš núdzovú správu a zároveň si prepojený na dispečing Horskej záchrannej služby. Okrem GPS polohy zdieľaš zdravotné údaje, špecifikáciu problému, kontakty na blízke osoby a ďalšie dôležité informácie, ktoré urýchlia pomoc.
Kniha vychádzok a túr
Opatrnosti na horách nikdy nie je dosť a preto si svoju túru dôkladne naplánuj. Pomôže ti v tom elektronická kniha vychádzok a túr, kde vyberieš oblasť pohybu, štart a cieľ túry a jej časové trvanie, navyše dostaneš aj varovania a výstrahy pred živelnými alebo inými život ohrozujúcich udalosťami v danej oblasti. Ak budeme mať o tebe tieto informácie a ty sa nám po návrate z túry neozveš, prídeme ti na pomoc.
Miesta záujmu
Aplikácia podľa tvojho GPS určí, kde sa nachádzaš a ukáže ti oblastné strediská Horskej záchrannej služby, najbližšie záchranné zdravotné stanice, databázu automatizovaných externých defibrilátorov (AED), horské chaty, meteostanice s aktuálnymi informáciami o počasí, vrátane webových kamier.
Varovania a výstrahy
Nespoliehaj sa na to, že sa ti nič nestane, spoľahni sa radšej na aplikáciu, ktorá ti pre oblasti slovenských hôr zobrazí výstrahy pre daný deň, lavínové nebezpečenstvo i počasie a ty sa tak vrátiš v poriadku domov. Ak nie si profík, tak pre teba máme aj pravidlá pohybu na horách, horské záchranné „desatoro“, základy prvej pomoci, vrátanie interaktívneho návodu resuscitácie.
Fungovanie v zahraničí
Pomoc jedným tlačidlom si privoláš aj v Česku, Maďarsku a Rakúsku, kde sú tiesňový hovor a núdzová SMS presmerované na záchrannú zdravotnú službu alebo horskú službu danej krajiny. Jedna aplikácia ti tak pomôže vo viacerých krajinách bez nutnosti sťahovania lokálnej appky

With the HZS Slovak Mountain Rescue app, you can call for help in an emergency with the touch of a single button, share your exact location with rescue teams, and receive updates on weather, hazard, and terrain conditions.
Calling for Help
Call for help with a single button; pressing the button sends an emergency message and connects you with the Mountain Rescue Service emergency line at the same time. In addition to your GPS location, the message will also share your health details, the specifics of your emergency, next of kin contacts, and all other important information to speed up your rescue.
My Trips
Being careful in the mountains is never enough, so always plan your trip thoroughly. The app’s My Trips section will help you with that; just enter the region and your route’s starting and destination points, and duration. You will also receive warnings and alerts about natural disasters or other life-threatening situations in the local area. Plus, if you enter your trip details but do not then confirm through the app that you have made it safely to your destination, the nearest Mountain Rescue team will come to your rescue.
Points of Interest
The app uses your GPS location to determine where you are and shows you the nearest regional Mountain Rescue Service centres, emergency medical rooms, publicly-accessible AEDs, mountain refuges, and weather stations with up-to-date weather information including webcams.
Warnings and Alerts
Never believe that nothing will happen to you - it’s far wiser to rely on an app that gives you 24hr hazard, avalanche risk, and weather updates for each of the Slovak mountain regions so you can then return home safely.
When Abroad
You can also use the app to call for help in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria; your emergency call and SMS are both redirected to the nearest regional Emergency Medical Service or local Mountain Rescue Service. This single app will help you in several countries without the need to download further foreign apps.
