You'll see the house once. You should see the whole year.

A property showing lasts 30 minutes. Sunlight changes over 365 days. Where Is The Sun turns the first into the second — point your phone at any window, deck, garden, or empty room, and see exactly where the sun is, where it will be, and how many hours of direct light that space gets, on any date, in any season.

WHAT IT DOES

• Live AR sun overlay — astronomically accurate sun position rendered on your camera feed, in real time, pinned to the real sky.
• Time-travel any date — jump to the summer solstice, winter solstice, or any day of any year. The sun moves to where it was, or where it will be, as you scrub the timeline.
• Quarterly exposure forecast — point at any viewport, get a side-by-side forecast: when the sun enters, how long it stays, when it leaves, for each season.
• Seasonal insights — today vs. summer vs. winter. Peak altitude, hours of direct sun, climate-specific advice for 20+ US metros.
• 3D compass rose — a perspective compass painted on the ground plane shows which way the house actually faces.
• Night mode — after sunset, an accurate moon appears, rendered at the right phase, in the right place.

FOR HOME BUYERS

• Walk every room at the showing. Point your phone. Get a year of data.
• See 6:30am summer sunrise land right where you'd have your coffee.
• Find out a deck goes fully shaded at 3pm in October — two months before you'd ever host there.
• Avoid the "I didn't realize…" moment of buyer's remorse.

FOR REAL-ESTATE AGENTS

• Win listings with data sellers have never seen.
• Answer the "how's the light?" question with a 30-second AR demo, not guesswork.
• Plan golden-hour photography to the minute.
• Differentiate with NOAA-validated astronomical precision.

PRECISION THAT MATTERS

• Jean Meeus astronomical algorithms — the same math used by observatories and aviation software.
• NOAA-validated across 7 US cities at equinoxes and solstices.
• Tilt-compensated, Kalman-filtered sensor fusion.
• Zero servers. All computation runs on-device. Works offline.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN

• No accounts. No sign-in. No analytics. No tracking. No cloud sync.
• Your location never leaves your phone.
• The camera feed is rendered to screen, never saved, never uploaded.

REQUIREMENTS

• iOS 13.0 or later
• Camera, location, and motion sensor permissions
• Works anywhere on Earth — all time zones, all latitudes
