Sandar brings your Frigate NVR security system to the Big Screen with a beautiful, native experience designed for your living room.

LIVE CAMERA MONITORING
View all your security cameras in a customizable grid layout. Choose between 2-6 columns to fit your setup perfectly. Streams adapt automatically — using high-quality main streams, sub-streams, or snapshots based on your network and camera capabilities.

PHOTO SCREENSAVER
Turn your Apple TV into a photo slideshow while Sandar keeps monitoring Frigate in the background. Choose photos from your Apple TV library, Favorites, Recent photos, or iCloud Shared Albums. When Frigate detects activity, Sandar automatically switches to the active camera or cameras, then returns to your photos once things clear.

BIRDSEYE VIEW
See your entire property at once with Frigate's Birdseye feature. Sandar displays it prominently so you always have the full picture.

AUTO-ROTATE MODE
Turn your TV into a dedicated security monitor. Auto-rotate cycles through your cameras automatically, showing each feed for your chosen duration. Perfect for keeping an eye on things while you go about your day.

REAL-TIME DETECTION ALERTS
When Frigate detects a person, car, or other object, Sandar shows it instantly. Red indicators highlight active detections so you never miss what matters.

FLEXIBLE STREAMING
Sandar intelligently manages streams to balance quality and performance. It automatically detects what each camera supports and falls back gracefully when needed. You can also manually choose stream quality per camera.

PRIVACY FOCUSED
Sandar connects directly to your Frigate server on your local network. No cloud services, no accounts, no data collection. Your cameras stay private.

REQUIREMENTS
- Frigate NVR server (0.16+) with go2rtc
- Local network access to your Frigate server

Sandar is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Frigate project.

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?

New: Photo Screensaver

Sandar can now turn your Apple TV into a photo slideshow while it keeps watching your Frigate cameras in the background. Choose photos from your Apple TV library, Favorites, Recent photos, or iCloud Shared Albums.

When Frigate detects activity, Sandar automatically switches from the slideshow to the active camera or cameras, then returns to your photos once things clear. It is a little less “security bunker on the wall” and a little more “family-room picture frame that still knows when something is happening.”

Also included:
- Slideshow shuffle, duration, fit, background, transition, and motion settings
- Optional clock overlay
