MAJOR UPDATE!

- We are switching from Phonetic fields to Pronunciation fields! This is now the default as it doesn't break the sorting of the contacts. On your first run the application will ask you to make the switch to the pronunciation fields. It will replace the phonetic fields with pronunciation fields.
- There is option for the application to propagate the phonetic fields instead, if you decide that you prefer the sorting of the contacts to follow the phonetic value format
- Minor fixes to the mapping engine
