Designed to encourage healthful work habits, this app will remind you to take regular breaks, and check off if you looked 20 feet away from your computer and if you took a break, helping you stay refreshed and focused.

Note, the timer only works when the app is kept in the foreground, which can also help you stay off of your phone :)
