This app provides features to measure land exactly by yourself and save in different formats.
Add, Delete, Draw, Print, PDF, DXF, Reset options are provided.

User can place the markers by tapping on Add button, Cancel a marker by tapping Cancel button.
After placing markers around the land, user can draw hatch over the land by tapping Draw button.
Satisfying the output of the app, user can save in PDF or DXF or print on paper by tapping respective buttons.
To get land measure and hatch, user has to place minimum 3 markers.
Area of hatch is calculated, perimeter also calculated.

Google maps accuracy varies from 5-10 meters in ideal conditions, and 10-70 meters or more in urban areas due to factors like tall buildings.
Phone's GPS is the primary source, google maps improves accuracy by combining it with WiFi network locations, cell tower data and other sources, making the marker more of an estimate than an exact marker.
Quality of your phone's gps receiver and its ability to get a clear view of the sky play an important role.
