Track your symptoms for self-monitoring, track iron through your food, increase your awareness on iron deficiency by accessing educational information, and track iron supplementation by getting a reminder every day.

Key Features:
- Record with ‘My Symptoms’: Make a note of your symptoms daily by toggling them on or off from an easy-to-use list.
- Visualize with ‘Track My Progress’: Look at your well-being, symptoms and nutrition summary. Bring this at your next visit to the doctor to enable better management plan.
- Discover with ‘Learn’ and ‘Eat Healthier’: Access educational information about iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia. Know more about iron-rich foods and some recipes that include iron-rich foods.
- Check iron intake with ‘Track My Nutrition’: Simply take a picture of your food and AI-powered recognition will suggest the probable amount of iron you’re getting from that food item. The data is saved and you can monitor over time in ‘Track My Progress’
- Remember to take your iron everyday: Need a reminder to take your iron supplement? Go to Settings and turn the toggle on for ‘Daily iron supplement reminder’ and choose a time of the day when you wish to receive a notification to remind you for taking the iron supplement.
