- Clearer tree — people and their labels no longer overlap, and branches no longer cross. Also fixed when adding siblings and in deeper generations.
- Long names fit — full names (e.g. "Nowak née Kowalski") no longer spill out of their card.
- Birth surname — a new field for a maiden/family name, shown in the tree and on a person's details.
- Less clutter — the tree now labels only close relatives; distant-relative labels are gone.
- Smoother zooming — pinch-to-zoom stays anchored where you aim (no more "drifting to the centre" on large trees) and no longer jumps when you lift your fingers.
