Easy-to-understand graphics provide insight into how much you have moved and slept during the day and week. Analyze your heart rate and stress levels. With your CardioMood account you will see all your data on our web dashboard.

You can also use the Apple Health to share your step, sleep, heart rate and workout data between CardioMood App and Apple Health. You can manage Apple Health settings in the Apple Health App and turn on writing of step, sleep, heart rate and workout analysis.


ACTIVITY
See a breakdown of daily steps, calories burned, and total distance, as well as the percentage of steps taken toward your goal.

SLEEP MONITORING
See your sleep stages — REM, deep, light — and discover your ideal bedtime and how many times you woke up.

HEART RATE
Always keep an eye on your heart beats. Follow changes and trends in your nighttime resting heart rate.

STRESS & HRV
Watch your stress level and heart rate variability during the day as well as at night.

PERSONAL INSIGHTS
Insights give you an understanding of the state of your body with actionable guidance on how to act and improve.

- Pulse rate: improving the results by more advanced movement analysis

App:

- Fixed memory management and disk write pressure issues.
- Added new bracelet-triggered alerts for Wearing Optimization and temperature events.
- Added a new guidance screen explaining how to keep the arm in a horizontal position during measurements.
- Added an alert during Wearing Optimization when the arm position is incorrect.
