Hello Sitter is an on-demand service that matches sitters with families. You can apply to be a part of Hello Sitter by downloading the app. Existing sitters are able to log-in with credentials provided.

This update gives you more control over your availability and bookings, with improved visibility and fewer surprises.
Features:
- Set response deadlines for offers: You can now define how long parents have to accept your offer — helping you avoid last-minute confirmations when your plans may have already changed.
- Cancel sent offers (before acceptance): You can now cancel an offer after sending it, as long as it hasn’t been accepted yet.
- '1st time Parent' badge: Easily spot parents who are new to the platform with a dedicated badge, so you have more context when deciding on bookings.
- Improved availability calendar: The calendar is now easier to use and fully visible without extra scrolling. Days with set availability are clearly highlighted, while unavailable days are marked with a cross. You can now select multiple days at once and use tap-and-hold for faster scheduling.
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where edited bookings could be completed incorrectly, sometimes resulting in lower earnings than expected.
- Fixed incorrect total price calculation when tips were updated — new values now properly replace the old ones.
- Restored video playback in sitter profiles, so parents can once again view video introductions.
- Added a confirmation step when cancelling offers to prevent accidental cancellations.
- Fixed recurring bookings flow — admins will now correctly see and be notified of your interest, making follow-ups smoother.
- Fixed email verification issues. If your account becomes unverified (e.g. after changing email), you’ll now receive a new verification email to restore full access.
