VicGold is a smartphone App for gold prospectors in Victoria Australia.

It combines the convenience of Mapbox Maps, using beautiful super fast loading vector map tilesets rendered by your devices GPU, with a large and ever growing amount of historic information showing where gold was found previously, from way back to our original gold rush, up to the current day, contained in simple to use layer overlays. It also features GPS Geo-location, allowing you to Locate or Track yourself live on the map, and put yourself right on on top of the gold. In addition to online Mapbox Maps, Offline maps are also available and included for all of Victoria's famous gold fields, for when you want to prospect in areas where there is no mobile coverage.

Added a new layer, split over two layers, called Watercoarses. It's split between 'east' and 'central & west'. It can be combined with the newly added Layer Filtering feature, to find only watercoarses not on the banned list.

Improved all offline maps. Increased resolution, added topographical lines, and added hill shading. Note that you will need to delete and re-download your offline maps, to get the new versions.

Optimised offline map download speeds using a sliding window algorithm, gained a 18-25% improvement in download speeds.

Several minor cosmetic bug fixes.
