VicGold is a smartphone App for gold prospectors in Victoria Australia.

It combines the convenience of Google Maps, with a large and ever growing amount of historic information showing where gold was found previously, from way back to our original gold rush, up to the current day, contained in simple to use Layer overlays. It also features GPS Geo-location, allowing you to Locate or Track yourself live on the map, and put yourself right on the gold. In addition to online Google Maps, Offline maps are also available and included for all of Victoria's famous gold fields, for when you want to prospect in areas where there is no mobile coverage.

Fixed a bug that occurred when using the "Search" box to search for coordinates in the format "latitude, longitude" which would cause the Google Maps API to return the location of a near by "Place", instead of the location of the coordinates searched for.
