The PowerTool has been validated by the Australian Institute of Sport for its accuracy and repeatability.
With GymAware, coaches and athletes can easily configure exercise targets and goals at both an individual and squad level basis. Those focusing on velocity based training (VBT) will find it easy to implement exercise targets whilst squads gain additional performance motivation from the real-time leaderboard feature that integrates with the GymAware Cloud service.
