To enhance your social networking experience, utilize the PurplePearCafe app to visit a music-sharing Fan Event in the cafe’s dining room, where all dining patrons in event attendance will hear the cafe’s house band/supergroup ‘The Purple Pears’ play hit songs in the style of the original (as produced by Tency Music). There are 15 Fan Events from which to choose, each with a different selection of songs.
Unlike other music-sharing apps, NO music-service subscription is required to participate. Instead, when a Fan Event attendee requests the band to play a song for all attendees to hear (in jukebox fashion), they will be charged a small in-app fee. Currently, ALL SONG REQUESTS ARE FREE, so be sure to check it out !!!
While you are seated at a dining room table enjoying the Fan Event music, you can engage in an isolated “Table Talk” (a/v group) conversation with the other Fan Event attendees seated at your table. No other table will hear your conversation, and vice versa; however, unlike other music-sharing apps, you can move around the dining room to converse with Fan Event attendees seated at other tables.
You can optionally engage in an isolated “Direct Talk” (a/v one-on-one) conversation with one other Fan Event attendee, who can be seated anywhere in the dining room. No other music-sharing app provides these advanced conversation capabilities.
