These aren't abstractions — they are the specific patterns that catch foreign buyers off guard, explained clearly and without jargon.
From there, the Resources section gives you direct access to Italy's major property search portals, a professional directory of lawyers, notaries, and geometras, and practical tools for navigating the search and purchase process.

BUILT FROM REAL EXPERIENCE
DolceRight was created by Jan Savolainen — a Californian who bought a stone house in Puglia, lost 95,000 euros to a contractor who turned out to be a con man, and spent years rebuilding both the property and her understanding of how the Italian system actually works. This app is what she wished had existed before she started.
