The Foreign Culture Guide app, formerly known as CLREC Navy Global Deployer, is a Ready Relevant Learning tool to help meet cultural awareness and language familiarization requirements. It offers Sailors and their families detailed information on language, history, geography, people, ethnic groups, religious institutions, and social norms for more than 120 countries and territories.
