Have birthdays in a subscribed calendar, including Google Calendar? Add that calendar to Apple Calendar and select it in Today's Birthdays. To add or edit a person's birthday, update the birthday on their contact.
Privacy comes first: your contact and calendar information stays on your device. Today's Birthdays does not upload your birthday data.
