HuddleNotes records your in‑person meetings and turns them into a clean transcript, a concise summary, and ready‑to‑use action items — created entirely on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded. No account. No subscription. Just open the app and tap once, or add the widget to your lockscreen.
Most meeting apps send your audio to the cloud. HuddleNotes doesn't. Recording, transcription, speaker separation, and summaries all run on‑device using Apple Intelligence. Your conversations never leave your iPhone unless you choose to share them.

Open HuddleNotes and press Start. No setup screens, no sign‑in, no configuration. Recording keeps running when you lock the screen or switch apps, and a Live Activity keeps the timer and a live transcript on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.

REQUIREMENTS
On‑device transcription and summaries use Apple Intelligence and require a compatible iPhone (iPhone 15 Pro or newer) running a supported version of iOS. On other devices you can still record, play back, and export your meetings; transcripts and summaries are created on supported hardware.
