Eclipse: Screen Time Control
iPhone / Productivité
Your phone is engineered to hold your attention. Every color, notification, and scroll is designed to bring you back. Eclipse works against that with intentional friction, not motivation.
Eclipse helps reduce screen time by making your phone a harder place to lose yourself in. With grayscale schedules and app blocking, it removes some of the sensory reward and easy access that keep you coming back.
Features:
• Scheduled grayscale during your focus hours
• App blocking for selected apps
• Recurring focus blocks for work, study, or evenings
• Temporary snooze / break controls when you need flexibility
• Weekly insights to help you understand your habits
Eclipse uses Screen Time permissions and requires a short one-time setup on your device.
A free trial is available. Continued access to premium features, including grayscale schedules, app blocking, and weekly insights, requires an auto-renewing subscription purchased in the app.
It’s design, not discipline.

Quoi de neuf dans la dernière version ?
A smoother Eclipse.
Fewer steps to get started, better feedback when something goes wrong, and a few things we should have shipped earlier.
New:
- Need help? Contact us directly from the login, signup, and paywall screens — or from your profile. Both route to a real person.
- Eclipse will now ask if you're enjoying the app. If you are, a quick rating goes a long way.
Improved:
- New users setting up Eclipse now have 2 fewer steps — Eclipse Focus mode is no longer required during onboarding.
- Login errors now tell you exactly what went wrong and which method it applies to. Email/password and social login issues are no longer mixed together.
- The home screen now scrolls as one continuous screen. The analytics section no longer blocks scrolling.
- Login and signup fields now show a label when autofilled so you always know what's been filled in.
