Cancellation Proof Folder is a paid, local-first notebook for keeping proof after you cancel a service somewhere else.
Add proof rows with service or vendor name, category, cancellation date, channel, confirmation code, agent or reference note, final charge or refund note, follow-up date, checklist state, attention score, and current status. Review entries that still need a confirmation code or final charge check, then copy or share a CSV proof log when you choose.
The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not cancel subscriptions or services for you, manage App Store subscriptions, contact providers, connect to provider accounts, connect to email, connect to bank or card accounts, import purchase history, scan receipts, use OCR, provide financial advice, require an account, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, cloud sync, or upload entries to a developer server.
