Fixes and minor improvements for:
- Bluetooth Connections to both Nodes and Hotspots. Specifically addressed issues that were causing intermittent disconnects and bugs related to pairing to multiple devices in a row.
- Fixes to the Hotspot firmware update process to keep device paired after the Hotspot enters Bootloader mode.
