- Added a cooldown to Betty's ability (i.e. cannot be on permanently)
- Add in-level respawn for infinite mode. An option to return to menu will briefly display after each fall.

- Fixed an issue where the larger game room size unintentionally reduced difficulty
- Increased the size of the mouse cursor
- Fixed an issue where a block transitioning to a crumbling block could spawn a new stalagmite
