Simulfund version 3.5 for macOS now supports up to eight private and renowned AI Local models accelerated by MLX engine, adds a feature to personalize Number Format, improves security, and resolves errors.
Version 3.5 with new AI features:
• Download up to 8 private and renowned AI Local models up to 24B parameters, accelerated by MLX technology. (1)
• Select a model and launch the private AI chat feature for startup financing and term-sheet hacks discussions.
• In the AI chat, you can specify a response length (e.g., in 50 words) to significantly speed up the response.
• Click on a term in "My List of Terms" and use AI to privately draft, correct, or rewrite your clauses or text. (2)
• As a lawyer, In the Term Sheet app, select a Title clause with the subtitle to let AI generate a new clause.
• Use also the writing tools with a preconfigured prompt when Apple AI is available (data may be shared).
• Highlight text in the term sheet to rapidly access the private correction feature with a local AI.
• Added tailored, customizable prompts to enhance drafting, correction, and rewriting with AI.
• Option to free the AI memory cache after each response, optimizing device performance.
