Simulfund 3.8.1 for macOS adds a new 8B local AI model in “non-thinking mode,” plus the enhanced Hack tool now evaluates clause favorability (investor vs. founder). It also improves memory handling and fixes a fatal error.

• Fixed a fatal error that may prevent new users from downloading local AI models due to a missing storage directory.
