WHAT?
YO STUDIOS is your movement studio. We offer a variety of ways to move including Yoga, Barre, Ballet, Dance, Pilates & also Fitness, pregnancy- & maternity classes. We have 1 studio located in Aarhus & 2 studios located in Copenhagen. The physical studios offer more than 100 weekly classes so if you need a yoga class in the morning, a barre class in the afternoon & a Pilates- or Meditation class to finish of your day, YO is the place for you. With us, you have at least 10 daily classes to choose from starting early in the morning and runs until late evening.

Want to join YO but need the flexibility to join from home? Don’t worry! YO MOVES, our online universe, is the place for you. For an awesome prise, YO MOVES offers lots of different on-demand classes, workshops, events & live streaming sessions. Bring YO with you on vacation, use a live streaming yoga class to save time in the morning before work, jump on the mat for a short energizing lunch-break barre session or tune in online for a breath work & meditation session before going to sleep at night. YO MOVES got you covered and is great as a supplement to your studio membership or to stand alone in times, where you need to be super flexible.

All of the YO guides are passionate movers, highly educated within their field & have many years of teaching experience. We will make you feel safe, motivated & inspired when moving with us in YO!
