With TrainYourTeam, you can set up running sessions for your team. The app then records distance, duration, speed, altitude, pulse and calories burned. On top of that, we offer you a pool of strength exercises that you can quickly and easily integrate into your team's training. And if you can't find the right exercise, you can create it yourself. Have fun training!

TrainYourTeam distinguishes between athletes and coaches. The coach creates workouts for his team, which contain running tasks or exercises. These have to be completed within a certain number of days. You can differentiate between exercises, distance, time, heart rate or interval runs.

Athletes take their smartphone with them when they run. The app then tracks the route using GPS, measures the distance and stops the time.

The coach is able to check at any time which of his players has already completed individual tasks or the entire workout. The app shows him details about the route, for example the average speed and how many meters of altitude were overcome while running.

You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the 'Manage Subscription' page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable. The subscription will renew at the same cost.
