Understand every exercise from the inside out

Strength Training by Muscle & Motion is powered by a team of physiotherapists, movement experts, and professional animators. We turn your device into a visual strength-training lab and show you exactly which muscle structures are working, so you can understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the exercise, and train smarter while reducing injury risk.

Made for personal trainers, strength coaches, therapists, students, and dedicated lifters, this app connects what you feel in the gym with what’s really happening in the body.

Designed for visual learners
If you learn best by seeing, this app is made for you.

Why trainers, coaches & students love it

- Makes complex anatomy easy to understand through clear 3D animations

- Shows exactly which muscles and joints are involved in each exercise

- Reveals common mistakes so you can coach better form

- Explains concepts far better than static images or textbooks

Backed by thousands of 5-star ratings and trusted by movement professionals worldwide.

Instead of static diagrams, you get animated 3D views of real lifts: muscles slide, shorten and lengthen as the movement happens, making it much easier to remember which structures are doing what, and why it matters

Key features:

• Interactive 3D Anatomy Model
Rotate, zoom, and explore every muscle, joint, and bone for a deeper understanding of human movement.

• Access to 3D Exercise Anatomy Library (1,200+ exercises, updated weekly)
Comprehensive library of science-based exercise videos, each with full anatomical analysis and common mistakes to avoid. See prime movers, synergists, stabilizers and antagonists highlighted with clear color-coding, and learn how to target or de-emphasize specific muscles by changing stance, range, or grip.

• Educational Videos
Discover a range of videos designed to make learning anatomy easy and engaging. From core fundamentals to advanced mechanics.

• Workout Plans
Create & assign customized workouts
