Yoga Joint is one of the fastest-growing hot yoga and fitness studios in South Florida, with a dedicated following of loyal members, many of whom have been with us since our first studio opened way back in 2010.

If you’re one of the many people who don’t live in the Sunshine State but still love to follow our yoga and fitness flows (or one of our many members who tell us they can’t live without their daily Flow or FIIT classes), we offer an extensive online, on-demand library of free classes, including our definitive yoga pose library, developed specifically to help you master foundational yoga poses and, in turn, gain more enjoyment from your practice.

In addition, Yoga Joint studio members can sign in and download the app, which provides you with access to a suite of convenient services and social sharing features, allowing you to book a class, reserve your favorite mat space, scroll through our definitive yoga pose library, and be among the first to receive updates on our new yoga and fitness retreats and workshops, special offers, and our referral program.
