“A mantra is a coded form of energy in the form of sound (dhwani)”, says Yogi Ashwini of Dhyan Ashram.

Not only does he say this, but he practically lives it through experiences of thousands of practitioners, experiences ranging from transformation in form, disappearance of ailments, manifestation of thoughts and darshan of devs and devis, just by sitting in silence hearing him chant.

“Every mantra corresponds to a specific energy (frequency) which has a specific effect on the body and the environment. But to invoke that energy, it is important that the mantra is received from a Guru who is siddha in the mantra, for it is him/her who channelizes that force into the mantra,” explains the living master.
