This is a 26-week Special Forces training program modeled on the real demands of BUD/S, SWCC, and military selection — two sessions a day, six days a week, combining running, swimming, and strength work into one uncompromising progression.

Run 2 miles
Swim 500 yards
3 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 sit-ups
