>Step 1: Input your vital statistics (e.g. age, BMI, etc.) to determine your initial body profile. All measurements and weights are provided in both imperial and metric units.
>Step 2: Adjust your current and target profiles, so that the app precisely captures how you look today -- and how you want to look 10 years from now.
>Step 3: Answer a series of questions -- called “challenges” -- that are related to sleep, energy levels, attitude and more, in order to see how your current lifestyle will affect your future health and BMI.
>Step 4: Receive a score out of 5 that helps you see, based on your current habits and other factors, how your body will change in 6 months, 1 year, 2 years and 10 years.
>Step 5: Based on what you see, return to the ‘challenges’ to identify what you need to adjust or improve today, so that you’re happy with your 10 year outlook and are aiming towards the healthy body you’ve always wanted! These become your life goals.
