HOW IT WORKS
Your daily hydration goal is calculated from your body weight, diet type, caffeine intake, and alcohol consumption. On hot or humid days, the app checks local weather conditions and adjusts your target automatically — no manual tweaking required.
Log water with a single tap from the Today screen, the Home Screen widget, the Lock Screen Live Activity, your Apple Watch, or through Siri. Smart reminders nudge you throughout the day and go quiet once you hit your goal.
BUILT FOR WORKOUTS
Start a workout session and Max Hydrate calculates how much to drink every 15 minutes based on your weight, exercise intensity, heat index, sweat rate, and humidity. A countdown timer with haptic alerts keeps you on pace. After your workout, weigh in and the app tells you exactly how much fluid to replace.
The workout Live Activity puts your hydration timer right on the Lock Screen so you can drink without unlocking your phone.
YOUR PLANT, YOUR WAY
Choose from five beautifully designed preset plants — or build your own from scratch. Customize the pot shape, stem style, leaf shape, petal count, and every color. Your creation grows on the Today screen and lives on your Home Screen as a widget.
