The primary objective of fitness training is to get better! The best measure of athleticism is power output. The Jump Power Tracker by FITNDEX combines your bodyweight and your jump height to present you with your power output in horsepower / watts.

Your bodyweight and vertical jump may vary from time to time; but those numbers don't tell the whole story. An athlete who is gaining weight may sacrifice some vertical jump; however, the athlete may still be getting more powerful. If this athlete only tracked their bodyweight and vertical leap separately; the athlete may get wrongfully discouraged. Tracking power output is a better metric to keep track of.
