FitRoutine lets you design a healthy week in advance. Simply drop wellness activities in your calendar—on the days and at the times that fit your life—so your week feels organized, balanced, and achievable before it even begins.

Choose from an extensive library of expertly curated workouts, meditations, nutrition guidance, and recovery practices, then place them directly into your calendar. Seeing your wellness laid out in front of you creates clarity, calm, and momentum.

Accountability: On the day of each scheduled activity, you’ll receive a friendly reminder 15 minutes before it begins. A simple nudge toward the plan you made for yourself, to keep you focused and accountable.

Complete your wellness activities for the day and you’ll enter your Green Zone—a visual signal that you showed up for yourself and stayed aligned with what you planned. It’s something to aim for, feel proud of, and return to again tomorrow.
