Set it up your way
Define your work and rest intervals, number of sets and rounds, plus optional warmup and cooldown. The default 2:1 ratio (40s work / 20s rest / 8 sets / 2 rounds) gets you a solid ~17 minute workout right out of the box. Save unlimited workouts and repeat them anytime with one tap.

Group training? No problem.
Switch to fullscreen landscape mode with one tap – the timer fills the entire screen so everyone in the room can see it. Perfect for group classes, CrossFit boxes or garage gyms.

Your workout, your sound
Choose from voice coaches (motivating or brief), simple sound signals (beep, bell) or just vibrations. The timer keeps running in the background so you can switch apps mid-workout.
