Flo Fitness is an easy to use calories counter and exercise manager for the iPhone and iPad, it will help you stay fit and active by keeping track on your food consumption and exercise journal on both your iPhone and iPad, it has an easy to use and intuitive user interface and a huge online library based on USDA's FoodData Library.

The first 50 foods and 10 activities that you store on your local device are totally free, and you can keep using the app for free for as long as you please, if you want to add more foods or activities to your local device you can do so from the In-App purchase page.

Diet goals
Flo Fitness will help you set a diet goal based on your current body metrics and diet objectives.

Foods
Huge online food database based on the USDA's API, once downloaded, it will be stored in your device for later use, you can also store your own custom foods should you need to do so.

Activities
Over 800 built-in activities that range from every day’s chores to intense exercises, and you can easily create your own activities based on the built-in activities’ library.

Pedometer (iPhone only)
Count your daily steps with the free pedometer included, especially useful for desk workers.

Units
* Weight and volume units: Supports metric and imperial units.
* Energy units : Kilojoules and Kilocalories are supported.
You can easily switch between units without any data loss.

User interface :
Native iOS user interface, supports both Dark and Light appearances.

Multi-language support
Currently English and French are supported, more languages will be added subsequently.

Actively supported
Flo Fitness is actively supported, we are working hard to add new features, enhance existing features and squish any bugs that might pop-up along the way, if you have any feature request or you discovered a bug please report to us in the App’s contact page.
