In addition, it would be possible to synch your Vitals and medical information of your HealthKit (IOS) with this application, and vise versa, your medical information entered here would synch up to your apple HealthKit App.

You can also add your own medical records under Medical records, paperless Cloud records keeping. Health Journal will keep you updated with all tips and new trends.
