1. Users can now seamlessly switch between different phases of a workout program.
2. Integrated real rest days into the overview layout for improved clarity and accuracy.
3. Revamped the dashboard UI for better visibility, navigation, and engagement.
4. Introduced a modern, intuitive layout for navigating and discovering workouts.
5. Added both long and short definitions of intensifiers to help users better understand training formats.

General Fixes and Improvements
6. Resolved missing “No Workout Found” tile in On-Demand workouts during invalid searches.
7. Fixed incomplete border lines around program images.
8. Prevented favorited workouts from appearing multiple times in the favorite workout list.
9. Standardized inconsistent filter behavior between checkbox and tile filters.
10. Resolved issue where workouts were displayed without tapping Apply after unchecking filters.
11. Added horizontal space between the top profile image and other elements in the Workout Tab.
12. Reduced workout icon size to match Figma design.
13. Increased vertical spacing between bottom tab and Library Tile.
14. Updated text from “Current Programs” to “Current Program” for singular clarity.
15. Updated Current Program tile to display “Day 1 Completed” instead of generic “Completed”.
16. Added vertical space between Phase 1 chip and the “Day 1 Completed” tag.
17. Enlarged On-Demand filters sheet to match Figma specifications.
18. Reduced extra space from the bottom of On-Demand and Workout Builder tiles.
19. Removed rest days from visible program days list.
20. Fixed bug where skipping a rest day automatically skipped the next rest day.
