- Fixed an issue where photos uploaded in surveys were not visible to site staff after submission.
- Fixed a 400 error that occurred when syncing a survey that was queued because the app was closed during an active sync.
- Fixed an issue where repeatable surveys created by automated workflows were incorrectly hidden, preventing participants from
  starting new repeat instances.
