CalBal reads food, activity, resting calories, and weight from Apple Health, then turns them into daily, weekly, and monthly energy-balance trends. Your daily goal and live calorie balance update in real time, so you can accurately steer each day while it is still happening.

Track how your active calories, dietary calories, resting calories, and weight history fit together over days, weeks, and months. Instead of focusing on a single daily number, CalBal helps you see the bigger picture: how consistent calorie balance connects to real changes over time.

CalBal does not require manual calorie entry. It reads calorie and weight data from Apple Health, so your food, activity, and body weight entries can come from the apps and devices you already use.

A key part of CalBal is the ability to fine-tune your Resting/BMR calories. Generic estimates are useful starting points, but they often miss the mark because every body is different. Your true resting burn can vary based on metabolism, body composition, age, training, dieting history, and health factors. By adjusting this value, CalBal can give you a more realistic picture of your calorie balance instead of relying only on broad formulas.

With CalBal, you can:

• View daily, weekly, and monthly calorie balance trends
• Compare dietary, active, and resting calories
• Track weight history alongside calorie data
• Better understand whether your calorie targets match your actual progress
• Fine-tune Resting/BMR calories for more personal, accurate insights
• Use Apple Health data to keep your tracking simple and connected

CalBal is built for people who want more than rough estimates. Whether your goal is weight loss, maintenance, or performance, the app helps you connect your habits to your results with clearer, more adjustable calorie tracking.
