Think of it as the black-label version of coaching technology: refined, intentional, and built for results.

Redesigned dashboard, organized into Today, Progress, and Archive so it's easier to see what matters right now vs. what's trending over time. Daily step goals now default to 10,000/day and can be customized for each day of the week. Added the ability to rate the app right from the Settings menu. Cleaner, more consistent design across Summary, Workout, and Meals. Bug fixes and performance improvements.
