Bee Fit Cincinnati offer’s a diverse range of multi-level Group Fitness classes to meet the needs of all participants. Check out our class times and book a class that fits your schedule. Our classes are taught by certified instructors (many of whom of Sun Life employees) who share a passion for motivating and encouraging people to be active.
Our class includes early morning, lunch time, as well as late afternoon classes to meet or broad spectrum of schedules. Check back often as up add more classes.
You can even check out all our phenomenal personal trainers. All training programs are designed and delivered by certified personal trainers and are fully customized to meet our members’ individual needs and goals. If you are working towards a specific goal, or just want the extra push during their workouts, book one our our top notch one on one and small group training in convenient 30 minute sessions. We update our schedule often, so check back for a time that fits your busy day.
