BreathReset is a small tool that helps you record your breath and oral care habits. Through simple daily check ins and a 21 day improvement plan, it turns "fresh breath" into a sustainable daily habit, rather than a one-time impulse.
Support multi language interface, automatically switch with system language (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and multiple European languages, etc.)
It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnostic or treatment recommendations. It is only used for self observation and habit management.

What can you do in BreathReset?
1. Self testing of breath type
Through 4 core questions and 1 set of lifestyle habits questions, help you understand the "possible main sources" (non diagnostic) from the following dimensions:
Tongue coating/oral surface bacteria
Gum/tooth related
Digestive system related
Sinus/tonsil/throat related
The result page will provide:
A primary type+possible secondary types
Improvement level prompt (high/medium/low)
Tips for lifestyle habit amplification factors (smoking, drinking, staying up late, etc.)
2. 21 day improvement plan
Generate a 21 day task card based on your self testing type, with 4 daily goals: evening cleaning, type enhancement tasks, meeting drinking water standards, and completing daily records.
The plan is divided into three stages: establishing habits, stabilizing execution, and consolidating and preventing recurrence.
There are also type related tips every week, such as tongue coating management, gum care, dietary tips, etc.
After completing the daily tasks, you will see the completion status for the day and a brief encouragement message.
3. Daily breath and habit record
Just 1 minute per day, clock in:
Today's self-assessment of tone (1-5 points, only for your own review)
Whether brushing teeth, flossing, cleaning tongue coating, and drinking water meet the standards
Optional remarks (such as "barbecue+beer", "staying up late today", etc.)
4. Trends and Changes
The rating curve for the past 7 days
Continuous clock in days and total record count
Average score explanation (1=poor, 5=fresh)
When reviewing historical records, you can see at a glance which cleaning habits were completed that day

Application as local standalone:
The data such as breath self-evaluation, habit check-in, type test results, and 21 day plan progress are only saved on your device.
No need to register an account, and data will not be synchronized to our servers.
