The IHMatters app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Integrative Health Matters. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.
As an IHMatters patient, you will will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Integrative Health Matters provider. Communicate with IHMatters in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.
The IHMatters app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. You can choose to share your weight, steps, and other parameters with the IHMatters app, and automatically see those parameters in realtime in the app as they appear in your Health app.
Intuitive Design
The app is designed specifically for IHMatters patients and you can't use the app unless you're an IHMatters patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Integrative Health Matters uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
