How it Works:
Halt Scanner monitors for stock halts and immediately calculates the standard 5-minute resumption timer for circuit breaker halts. If trading doesn't resume at the 5-minute mark, the timer automatically refreshes until the exact resumption moment. For other halt types, the countdown is calculated when the Resumption Trade Time is posted

- The subscribe screen no longer gets stuck. If the App Store was slow to respond, the button could stay greyed out with no way forward. It now retries and recovers on its own.
- If you bought Halt Scanner before it moved to a subscription, you go straight into the app with your lifetime access. A timing issue could drop you on the subscribe screen until you tapped Restore.
- Notification permission is now asked at the right moment in setup instead of on the first screen, and returning owners are asked as well, so halt alerts actually reach you.
