You have to feed the app with the necessary information;
1. Record all invoice amounts including their periodicity and adjust them annually if necessary
2. Enter your bank account balances at useful intervals in the balance overview
3. Record already paid invoices so that the logic can display the current invoice balance.

No, the accounting in the app only applies to private individuals. The invoice items are predefined and cannot be renamed, supplemented or changed.

From idea to implementation, this app was a one-man project. The developer has many years of in-depth knowledge of database processing (SQL). He also worked in finance and banking for over 13 years (11 years of which in banking IT) and has various IT certifications in Switzerland as well as the Swiss banking certificate.
Since the developer has other jobs, there is only limited support or advice possible. The app is basically self-explanatory to use. There is a help page in the app with the necessary instructions.
