This app is for companies that use Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. Treasury Management services. To use the app, your company must be enrolled under a written Treasury Management agreement with the Bank, and your access must be enabled by your company’s Treasury Management administrator.

The app gives authorized users mobile access to common Treasury Management functions, including approvals, transfers, positive pay exception review, cash position information, reporting, alerts, and security controls. Feature availability depends on the services your company uses, the accounts connected to those services, and the permissions assigned to your user profile.

Payments and approvals:
• Approve ACH batches, wire transfers, and account transfers awaiting your release
• Review payment activity before release, based on your company’s approval settings
• Initiate transfers between eligible Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. accounts
• Use one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-one transfer options where enabled for your company
• View transfer details and submit eligible transactions from a compatible mobile device
• Support multi-level approval workflows configured under your company’s written agreement with the Bank
• Help authorized users act on pending approvals while away from the office

Positive pay:
• Review positive pay exception items assigned to your company
• Make pay-or-return decisions before the applicable cutoff
• Review exception details to support timely decision-making
• Use mobile access to help manage exception review when timing matters

Cash position and reporting:
• View global cash positions across Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. accounts on a single dashboard
• Check balances and account activity from the app
• Search and filter transaction history by date, amount, account, and type
• Review intraday balance changes
• View same-day cutoff times
• Access reports configured for your company
• Review daily transaction reports and balance reviews where available
• Use reporting tools to support daily cash visibility and internal review

Controls and entitlements:
• Use approval workflows configured for your company
• Access only the accounts and functions assigned to your user profile
• User permissions and entitlements are administered by your company’s Treasury Management administrator
• Treasury Management administrators control user access based on company roles and internal procedures
• View an audit trail of activity with date and time stamps
• Support separation of duties through user permissions, approval rules, and entitlement settings

Security:
• Sign in using multi-factor authentication
• Use Touch ID and Face ID on compatible devices
• Receive security alerts related to activity in the app
• Manage notification preferences from the app
• Review activity alerts and other notifications available to your user profile
• Use mobile access designed for authorized Treasury Management users

• Receive security and activity alerts
• Manage notification preferences from the app
• Keep current with activity tied to your assigned accounts, permissions, and services

This app is not intended for personal Online Banking customers. Personal banking customers should use the Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. app for consumer banking services.

If your company uses Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. Treasury Management services and you need access, contact your company’s Treasury Management administrator. Access to specific features may vary based on your company’s agreement, enrollment status, and user permissions.

Chain Bridge Bank, N.A. will never ask for your password, token code, or security answer by phone, text, or email. If you receive such a request, do not respond and contact the Bank.
