Support with court oversight (“probate”). Some estate settlements must go through a court process known as “probate.” Alix can help you understand if it’s required for your loved one’s estate. If it is, Alix is not a law firm, but we will help you at every step, providing customized best practices, finding and filling out court forms and helping ensure you follow court requirements.
