The Emancipated Coaching Team (Teri Hales, Certified Religious Transition and Trauma Recovery Coach, and Kevin Hales, Licensed Professional Counselor) created this app because we believe that:
* there is a fast-growing number of people deconstructing religion around the world
* this often creates disconnection, confusion, and trauma
* healing religious trauma should be accessible and affordable for all (not just the wealthy few)
* healing trauma for a person not only breaks the chains of generational trauma for themselves and their posterity, but offers an invitation of healing to every person in their circle of influence.
Religious Trauma Syndrome (RTS) is a brand new field of study.
The term was coined by Dr. Marlene Winell in 2011. Because this field of study is only about a decade old, you and we get to be the pioneers of healing for everyone that comes after us.
Kevin and I will be creating new courses monthly from our studies in healing CPTSD, PTSD, childhood trauma, and abusive relationship cycles. We also gain insight through our work with our private clients and our feedback from people like you here on the app.
In this app, you'll find a series of short self-guided courses built from our personal experience with religious transition and trauma recovery and our combined 12 years of professional practice meant to help you:
* reconnect with your own inner wisdom
* become a confident authority in your own life
* shed religious shame, fear, and indoctrination messages
* and create healthy relationships with yourself and others.
Current courses include:
* Reclaim Your Identity: a 6-week course to help you rebuild your sense of identity and self trust.
* Empowered Imperfection: a 1-week course to understand and heal perfectionism
as well as 2 bonus courses (Books and Written Resources and Podcasts) meant to be used as directories to other sources of healing.
Live online group coaching will be available weekly to help you work through common obstacles in real time.
Our in-app and online communities will help you find connection, support and validation as you journey on your path of healing and personal freedom.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE APP AND PURCHASE OPTIONS
The download of Emancipate Yourself is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Emancipate Yourself app, we offer one of the following options:
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy:
