This is the mobile app for Accudemia, a cloud-based academic center management system with features that include: student visits tracking, appointment scheduling, feedback collection via surveys, center traffic analysis, and much more!
Accudemia is used by hundreds of colleges and universities to manage tutoring centers, advising centers, writing labs, counseling offices, career centers, gyms, disability services, and just about any other student academic center. Accudemia will track and manage both staff and students, automate daily operations, and pull relevant reports. The system supports both in-person and virtual appointments!
The mobile app will make some of Accudemia features available on the Apple mobile devices. Specifically:
- Students can view, schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments at the academic center.
- Students can add pre-appointment notes and submit documents and files related to their appointment.
- Students can conduct virtual appointments live via the app.
- Students can view appointment and other notifications via the app (e.g. appointment confirmation, appointment reminder, etc.)
- Students can fill out appointment-related surveys via the app.
- Students can view a record of their past academic center visits in the app.
- Students can view their class schedule in the app.
- Students can view their messages from center staff and reply to these messages from the app.
- Students can access the centers’ social walls from the app.
- Tutors/advisors/center staff can also view their appointments on the mobile app, and can also conduct virtual appointments via the app.
NOTE: This app makes some of the Accudemia cloud software features available via the mobile app. Your college need to be using Accudemia for you to be able to log in and use this app.

We’ve updated the kiosk sign-out screens to display a session summary. Students and tutors can now view their time spent, service details, and overall usage totals upon signing out, providing clearer insights into their academic center activity.
Added support for push notifications so users can receive real-time alerts about important events- like upcoming appointments- much more quickly.
Introduced a prompt on the main dashboard for active users to rate the app or share an improvement with the Accudemia team.
Updated the dashboard widget and the event list page to display the start time of events alongside the date, allowing users to easily reference exactly when an event takes place.
Fixed an issue where users saw a white screen after leaving the QR code screen or scanning an invalid code.
Updated the app to comply with the latest operating system standards and memory requirements, ensuring a seamless and experience across all devices.
