Fill in the A height of your filled weld and this app will provide you with the optimum settings for wire speed, volt and travel speed. This parameter app is able to give you the optimum settings for steel, aluminum, stainless steel, for both solid and fluxcored wires and. Just slide the slider until the parameters get green to tell you that they are the optimum settings.
•Product search
Under this button you will be guided by AWS and or EN ISO standards to find the filler metal that you are looking for, Just select a standard and get free excess to the biggest database the world has to offer.
•Material to be Welded
Finding the correct filler metal for each basemetal was never that easy, over 50.000 materials are listed in this database to guide you in choosing the filler metal that fits the base metal. This database excepts material names, DIN material numbers, AWS standards, EN ISO standards and much more!
•Equivalent search
World wide there are many brands that offer welding consumables but now you landed at the filler metal specialist that offers over 2.000 equivalents for almost any brand. Just select the brand you know and the filler metal you currently use and our equivalent will appear.
•Certificate finder
Certilas was the first company in the world who provided EN 10204 certificates web based, now we have built in a module in this app to get even quicker excess to our quality certificates.
