This app augments the spiritual therapy™ principles and practice. There are four default quotes that will appear on your screen at predefined times. It requires user to enable screen notifications. The aim is that it helps the user to practice-introspect or deeply think about the highlighted quote/content. These quotes have most likely been discussed with the user during the therapy sessions. The user can change the times these notifications appear as reminders.

Often we all know of things that can potentially help us deal with our own emotional difficulties. But frequently, unless reminded they don’t rescue us from our own conditioned mind. Experientially, these notifications have served the purpose and helped users stay attuned to principles of spiritual therapy.

The user can add another 6 similar inspirational thoughts that they find uniquely useful to their own spiritual journey. There is ability to define times of these notifications.
